To keep things fresh and engaging, it is rotated with the harvest calendar. Each iteration reflects the seasonality of coffee, ensuring peak freshness and a constantly evolving flavour experience.
This rotation comes from El Ciprés Estate in El Salvador. Solstice chose this coffee for its velvety texture, generous natural sweetness, and elegant balance, lifted by vibrant notes of raspberry.
