Rococ's Pistachio Chocolate Truffles
Inspired by a much-loved pistachio recipe, these truffles are a real treat. Each one combines smooth milk chocolate, made from single-origin Ivory Coast cocoa by Domori, with a rich pistachio filling.
The pistachio filling is made with 30% pure Sicilian pistachio paste, known for its naturally sweet, nutty flavour. This is layered with delicate pieces of crisp kataifi pastry, adding a light crunch.
Rococo use only real Sicilian pistachios, which are rare and highly prized, to create a clean, authentic pistachio taste.
Every truffle is carefully made in the London kitchens.
The result is a full sensory experience: smooth chocolate, a gentle crunch at the centre, and the rich, lasting flavour of exceptional pistachios.
